- Entry is free for GM, IM, WGM, WIM.
- Eligibility rules apply for inclusion in the Championship, Reserves and Classic tournaments.
- Foreign players must have a FIDE ID number to enter the Championship, Reserves and Blitz tournaments.

Early Entry – by December 13th 2019
Standard Entry – after December 13th 2019
Entries to Championship, Reserves and Classic close 31 December 2019.
To qualify for a concession entry, you must be:
- under the age of 18; or
- a student, and present your Student Card at registration.; or
- a pensioner and present your Centrelink Pension Card at registration
or the applicable adult entry fee will be charged.
